Our founder recognised a valuable opportunity while working for his previous employment: the profitable resale potential through purchasing on eBay, regardless of a company’s established supplier network. However, this opportunity was also attracting numerous competitors, leading to a challenging, time-sensitive race to secure inventory.
After testing various applications — each with its own limitations — our founder decided to develop a more effective solution. This commitment to innovation led to the creation of our app, designed specifically to streamline and enhance the eBay purchasing process.
With years of hands-on experience, our journey with eBay began early, from selling items as a side income to launching a business. Over time, this passion evolved into a professional career, managing eBay operations for various companies, including listing management, pricing strategies, and optimization.
We have been active participants in eBay live events and are repeat members of the eBay Pro Trader Program. Our team has worked closely with eBay’s Concierge and Enhanced Merchant Support services, and collaborated with eBay’s category heads to secure certifications for the Refurbished and Certified Refurbished programs.
